Joe Varrasso has a Master of Engineering degree and 18 years of software development experience. Joe has served as the lead software architect of many products in a broad range of applications and industries.
Joe has worked on embedded systems, desktop applications, database development, all levels of n-tier applications, and website development. He has worked on small development projects requiring only weeks of effort up to large enterprise applications requiring many man years of effort. He has worked with organizations at Levels 1, 2 and 3 of CMM and has assisted some of them in improving their processes from Level 1 to Level 3. He has successfully completed several military projects and has extensive experience with military standards such as DO-178B, and DOD-STD-2167A.
Joe's software development skills include C++, C, C#, Delphi, Java, Assembly, .NET, MFC, SQL, XML, UML, ADO, OpenGL, Windows CE, VxWorks, Linux and TCP/IP.
